EDUCATION Certificate Programs Continuing Education Center (SEM) of ITUTRNC aims to establish the concept of 'Lifelong Learning' by continuously sharing everincreasing and updating information in the fields of information technology and industry with individuals of all ages and professions through collaboration with institutions and organizations. ITUTRNC SEM organizes educational programs, courses, seminars, and conferences at the national and international levels in the areas needed by public and private sector organizations, as well as individuals and institutions abroad. It coordinates and organizes these activities, extending the university's facilities beyond the campus.
