Cooperation agreement has been signed between ITU-TRNC Education-Research Campuses and Gedik University. ITU-TRNC Rector Prof. Dr. Ercan KAHYA and Gedik University Acting Rector Prof. Dr. Dilara Fatoş ÖZER signed the agreement on November 23, 2017, Thursday at Istanbul Gedik University.

 

ITU-TRNC Vice Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serdar KUM, Gedik University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hacer Şaduman OKUMUŞ and Gedik Education Foundation Director Ömür DANIŞKAN attended the ceremony which proposes five years of strong cooperation, partnership and projects between two institutions.

 

Rector KAHYA expressed his happiness for the cooperation agreement with Gedik University, which is the best in welding engineering education in Turkey, and said that there will be common projects for welfare of the country. Acting Rector Prof. Dr. Dilara Fatoş ÖZER said that not only the university but also Gedik Education Foundation and Gedik Holding are ready for any kind of cooperation.

 

With the signing of the cooperation agreement, the universities agreed on working together, encouraging, developing, improving and supporting each other in the education field and administrative issues.
