Istanbul Technical University and Akademi Sancak Training Arts and Consultancy have signed a cooperation agreement on 27th of December, 2016. Both sides reached an agreement that will enable Qatar Naval Forces Academy students to receive education at ITU and also agreed on Qatar Naval Forces Academy Adminisration Project topics.

Within the scope of the cooperation agreement, it has been agreed that Qatar Naval Forces Academy students will receive education at the undergraduate programs of ITU-TRNC as part of ITU School of Maritime, and both sides will collaborate on the projects of Qatar Naval Forces Academy Administration.

The agreement has been signed by the Secretary General of Akademi Sancak Süha CİVAN, ITU-TRNC Rector Prof. Dr. Ercan KAHYA, and ITU Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet KARACA. ITU Vice Rector Prof. Dr. İbrahim ÖZKOL and Deputy Dean of ITU School of Maritime Prof. Dr. Abdi KÜNKER were present at the signing ceremony as well.
